I retired last year following a 46 year career as a US Naval Officer. I would like to ask all of the readers in the group if they have a top ten of cities in the US or abroad that they have enjoyed visiting, finding attractive new friends who enjoy a little more than just a couple hours rolling around together for things like multiple dinner dates, golf outings, whatever. I have an itch to start traveling as a true tourist, and I would love input on creating a bucket list of places to visit and experience for a week to ten days. Houston and Dallas, I spend a lot of time in Houston and the quality along with prices are unbelievable compared to the East Coast. P-411 is a huge deal in Texas and if you plan on visiting I would get it and several OKs before your trip. March,  April, and  May are all good months to visit. Texas has a great beaches also.

My suggestion?  Try Toronto.  Not only does the US dollar go far, but the quality, selection, and ease of finding a great companion makes it the premier North American destination.  The legality of it all helps too

NYC has everything: fine dining, trapeze lessons, iconic monuments, hidden speakeasies, opera, underground jazz, ballet and ballroom, thrift stores and luxe boutiques.  There are many, many women who will be happy to help you explore the city, who know lots of places to see and who can be very interesting companions.  

I might be a bit biased but my vote is for Puerto Rico. The weather is always beautiful, food is an adventure, and the people are gorgeous. The beach is only a few steps away and the views are breathtaking. It's generally laid back and black tie is rarely required. Truly a place to let down your hair, metaphorically, and enjoy a slower pace.

Technically that's correct as stupid and as contradictory as it sounds. The "Nordic" model C-36 was passed into law over a decade ago by a conservative government.  However, from the beginning and continuing to this day, it is ignored by law enforcement in major Canadian cities. As far as Montreal is concerned there is a very robust agency, independent, and massage parlor scene.

I don't have first-hand knowledge of the Toronto scene, but I understand it to be much like Montreal albeit more expensive. I've been told that Cupids and Toronto Passions are the main outcall agencies. There are many independents and massage parlors there to enjoy.

Toronto is a great city for finding top tier companionship whether you prefer indy or agency, incall or outcall.  None of those services are illegal.  Cupids and LittleBlackDress are the most reliable outcall agencies.  Their rate is $400/hr...Canadian.  That currently translates to $290USD per hour.  For that rate you can get a companion who, if in a major US city, would be $700+ per hour (about $1000Canadian).  So, basically, quality companionship in Canada is discounted about 60% off US rates.  Top tier indies in Toronto start at about $500/hrCD (although with research you can find top quality at $400CD).  Of course there are some Toronto companions at $1000+ per hour Canadian, but these are escorts who would charge $1500+ USD per hour in the States.  All in all, Toronto is an amazing city to hobby in when you factor in, not only the ladies, but the top tier hotels, food, shopping, etc.  

As someone who's lived there almost 7yrs (with minimal Spanish, I might add), I could list off a ton of attributes for someone looking for a very reasonable sex/play/chill-cation.... not the least of which is me!🥰  
 
Since I'm not incurring thousands of dollars in overhead by traveling to the US to tour, my Panamá rates are comparatively ridiculously low. Orders of magnitude, kind of low. I can also recommend a couple of other places in Panama, though both are quite out of the way.
1) the Las Perlas islands, specifically Contadora Island and the Mar y Oro restaurant and resort. A nice 20-mile boat ride from the old Trump building (not sure what its name is now) in Panama City.
2) Boca Chica, a great little town almost to Costa Rica, right on the Pacific and full of expats. Seagull Cove is a nice hotel with a great bar out on its private pier where the expats gather to party. Less expensive is Roxy's, right in what passes for a town.
3) And if you REALLY want to get away try a tiny boutique hotel called The Show Pony, on gorgeous Playa Las Lajas less than an hour from Boca Chica and run by some nutty Canucks.

But there's a spot called the Red Lion which I'm told functions similarly.  
 
Also on a slightly different model but close enough, are Q Paso Ayer, Alejandro's and Mami Chula. They are legit bar/restaurant/nightclubs but there are private rooms for rent... and you can rent any of the servers as well. My ex paid $350 (200 for the room, 150 for the girl) at Alejandro's for a covered BJ and $450 at Q Paso Ayer. I've no clue what he got there ... sure wasn't a burger and a beer, tho🙄
 
But that's basically how most vibier bars in the city work from my understanding and observation. If the location doesn't have onsite private areas, you just arrange for the chick to come to your place or her incall. Average rates for online girls are around $200-250/hr or $300-500 for the night. But if you're staying across the bridge at one of the all-inclusives, you could probably get some company for $200/night cuz it's a vacation for them (chance to get out an overcrowded family home, feel pampered, etc)
