I'm 73 and people think I am late 50's, they call me middle aged lol. I am lucky to be with a SB who is half my age and she loves my maturity and the great times we have in the bedroom. I wasn't focused on aging until maybe 15 years ago. Then started playing tennis regularly and now go to the gym 3x a week. People have searched for the fountain of youth. I have found it, it's called exercise!!

Shoutout to the 60+ clients who stay in amazing shape, take care of themselves, and look 10+ years younger than their age. You guys make this job significantly easier and inspire me to take better care of myself. Thank you for all you do!

We appreciate all you do to keep yourselves fit and youthful looking.

It is so inspiring and impressive. One of my most memorable dates was with a man in his 70's. He truly put men half his age to shame in ALL ways! It was incredible to experience. Age is just a number...

I'm slightly over 70 and most young ladies guess my age to be anywhere from 52-55 yrs..bless their sweet lying hearts...lol

Fit & Fat
I'm not looking for lust, but am attracted to inner beauty & a lovely spirit. Open your heart. ♥️

As an older woman with young men in training I have a home gym indoor and outdoors. Health = Wealth

Life happens. Accidents, health issues are just a few factors that cause people to not be able to workout.

I had long haul Covid and did not workout for almost a year. I ran 4-6 miles everyday before that and did HIIT training.  I've never been able to bounce back 100%. I feel blessed to have my health considering the fact my better half is fighting for hers & I am watching her deteriorate.

Thank you kindly for working out and caring about your health is your able. Your body loves you more. If you have a chubby bod I love you regardless!

Kudos to the older gents who can & do put in work to stay healthy and active. I adore you!

Last year, I ran 5k at the Lincoln Park Zoo with a date. We also, rode bikes 🚲 in CA & VA on the beach.

I have hiking dates in AZ.

Walking on the beach holding hands in Mexico 🇲🇽 & swimming in the Sea of Cortez.

I love dates that include active fun!  I offer deals. I rise everyday by 4am to seize the day. I swim laps 🏊🏼‍♀️ and smile as I run 🏃🏽‍♀️ miles. Grateful to be alive.

I'm going on 63 and am often told I look at least 10-15 years younger. Of course, I always take those comments with a grain of salt!

I collect a pension and am trying to live as long as possible so I'm at the gym three days a week and do about 2.5 hours of cardio and some weight training each session. There are plenty of times I really don't  want to go but I do and when I'm finished I feel satisfied mentally and physically and that's another thing that motivates me to keep up my routine.

I mean does it really?

Its all about the Benjamins here, Even if you are obese or skinny as rail you can find a date.

Stay clean and proper for the date be nice and have fun.

A healthy diet is absolutely critical! Eliminate all the junk (fast foods, sweets, soda, chips, etc) and replace it with food/drink of nutritional value. Combine this with regular exercise and a positive mental and spiritual outlook and you'll have THE formula to stay young and vibrant!!!
