Lately the 10mg of Cialis I've been taking does not seem to be working for me anymore.  Before I speak with my Dr, I was wondering if anyone else has had that experience.  Can you develop a resistance to it?  Should I increase it? I recently went on a blood thinner, Xaralto, is that part of the problem?

It is embarrassing to say the least.  F'd up this being meds, but still want to have fun.

Any advice, and please no boner jokes...:)

the mental aspect can sabotage the physical.  Blood thinner can contribute to the problem.  Maybe timing your dose to the meeting might help or a different med.  I would talk to a doctore experienced in ED.

That is so true. On both accounts. Talk to your dr & and don't worry too much about it.
Not that I have a penis (although I like to play with them) but I do have O's and if I even think I am not going to - I won't.
And....sometimes it is the journey not the destination that is the sweetest and most delicious.  xo

...more fun hanging out with them and you won't miss hobbying at all (well, maybe you'd miss it a little).

Actually 10mg of Cialis is a fairly modest dosage since 20mg equals about 100 of Viagra, what many consider a normal dosage, so going to 15-20mgs of Cialis would not be overdoing it by any means.  I would consider the variability as normal and I imagine that a lot of us take different dosages from time to time. You may want to experiment, break a 10mg Cialis pill in half, take 15, and see if that helps. If so, you could then go to your doctor with evidence that you could use a stronger dosage.
