When you go see a lady at her incall and its dirty or unkept and very messy will you see her again if you really enjoyed her company? I personaly would see her again but if her place was THAT bad I would have her come to me. Almost all the incalls I have been at have been neat and clean. Of course I'm not wearing a white glove don't care about spotless. I enjoy doing overnights when My finances will allow and a provider gives me a special. On one of my overnights her apartment was not so much dirty but so cluttered that you couldn't walk through the place . Water faucets were all leaking, couldn't even get into the kitchen. Showers didn't work had to wash up in the sink. Her BR and the bed were neat and clean. She said she worked all day to get it ready for me. Well, had a great time but haven't been back. Of course her place wasn't in the safest area of town either.

location..location..location..it simply sets the mood..sex is much more enjoyable in a four star hotel than in a fleabag motel..i realize some cant afford 300 dollar a night rooms..the good ones do..it is simply good for business..i personally like a room with a lot of pillows on the bed..not one with a lot of bugs under it..

Couldn't enjoy myself in a dirty hovel, or at a place in a bad part of town, would be too worried about not having wheels on my vehicle when I tried to leave, LOL.  The provider in question sounds like a beginning hoarder. I wouldn't tolerate a messy SO either for that matter.  While on the subject of incalls, I don't understand why some providers employ the use of commercial incall sites, such as strip malls, etc.  Some reviews relate that the activity takes place on a office sofa, if they're lucky, as no bed is available in the "office" setting.

I am a minimalist so for me lees is more. And because of allergies..dust is not an option for me...so nothing clutters up my life.

Which I think says something positive about where the market is heading.

I agree, a dirty or unsafe location is a major buzz kill, and all the more heart breaking when the gal is a great provider.

if the lady has dirty habits, a pricey hotel room doesnt garuntee she wont be dirty there as well.  

I've read reviews where the guy describes the hotel room having trash laying around, stains on the sheets, towels on the floor, used condoms tossed aside just laying there...

If the lady has dirty habits, putting her in a nice clean enviroment wont change the fact that she still has dirty habits.

OMG you are serious, that is just so sad.

I can't imagine how people live like that. We were talking about this on our local board the other day. Most of us have OCD and clean nonstop all the time so our places will never be in disarray or unclean.

She probably said that because she had someone in the BR. If the rest of her place was clean.

I visted a provider who also said we had to play on the couch.  It was rushed, uncomfortable...  I found myself back on the sidewalk in half the paid for time thinking I could have seen a good lady for what I just paid.
