I have a client who just got a penial implant and we're trying to figure it out through trial and error. Does anyone have any tips so our time is spent with more naughty moves instead of giggling and wondering if there's an instruction manual on line

instructions for use vary considerably with the type of implant. the attached link indicates that there exists a 2 pc inflatable, a 3 pc inflatable and a non-inflatable semirigid rod.

perhaps you would get more help if you identified which type of device is involved?

I go home and he has an implant.   I had never been with anyone who had an implant before I met him and I must admit that I found the whole process quite interesting.  He had been with one other provider before meeting me (I believe she was alot younger than me) and I think she was very uncomfortable with the whole thing - it kinda freaked her out which in turn made him very self-conscious and kept him from hobbying for a long time.

He didn't tell me about the implant when we set up our first appointment.  He waited until we got together and then filled me in on his story of how it came to be (he is a Vietnam Vet) and explained how it all works.  When he saw that it did not seem to effect me in a weirded out sort of way, he let his guard down and felt comfortable thereby enjoying himself for the first time in a very long time.

It did take him a few minutes to get the switch turned on and the implant pumped up but once it was up, he was good to go!  It was interesting as he can actually have an orgasm but does not ejaculate.  Once we are finished, he just flips the switch in his scrotum and deflates it.  He leaves a very happy man and I just marvel at modern medicine!

I am sure that with time and practice, he will get better at working the mechanism and you two will continue to have great times together!

Yes it does take a mature woman to handle that delicate scenerio, I was fascinated by it and the fact I could pleasure myself into a coma without him needing a break.......priceless.
