I suffer from insomnia and I’m looking for the best sleep aid I can  get at ata dispensary.  Ptoce really mot an issue..I just need to fall assleep fast without the hangover effect the next day.  Thanks.

Maybe not what you want to hear, but have you tried OTC melatonin from a regular drug store, Walmart, or Amazon?

I tried some melatonin as an anti-oxidant, not for sleep aid because I don't have trouble sleeping.  I really wasn't expecting anything but that hit me like a knock out drug.  I could barely stay awake and almost had to crawl to bed.

Anxiety is the cause of insomnia for some.  Lots of anxiety supplement you can take to get you to sleep.  

Trazadone works well also some of the gummies that are sold on all over. Take two and you might remember a touch of your HS days if you ever smoked weed. No hangover for either treatment. Don't try Ambien its highly addictive and hard to get off of.
