I’m considering having penile implant surgery for placement of a fluid filled implant.
Any comments, complications or personal experiences would be most welcome. I’m 72 and until about a year ago I was ok  using pills.  
I’ve tried soft wave treatment as well as injections
With poor results.

I see mostly older gentlemen and 2 of my friends had the surgery after seeing me for a number of years. They lost a lot of sensitivity but they can screw forever. Both have problems having an orgasm. Many times they can't cum but are happy anyways. It is up to what you want to accomplish. Most women will be unsatisfied if a man doesn't cum during their time together. If sex is a major workout in a personal relationship each and every time it can be a deal breaker.

They all have hard dick that stays hard AF, but have a hard time cumming & some never can achieve ejaculation. It doesn’t bother me regardless.  Hard dick is pretty cool. 😎
