They have a fun event with lots of floats. My neck was full of beads by the time it was over and the streets were packed with party goers. The parade lasted almost 2 hours and once finished most crowded into all the bars to carry on.

I visited New Orleans many years ago for Mardi Gras and nothing can compare to the wild fun they offer. Costumes are much more risque and booze flows free on the streets while in Tampa you aren't allowed to drink outside the bars.

Haley, Did you have to flash to get the beads? If you had beads all over your neck you probably just took your top off . That would be a lot of flashing pulling your top up or down that many times. But either way ya got me thinkin!! lol

There where two different floats that had gentlemen come down to eye your boobs close up when you pulled your top down. They printed a seal of approval on my boob and then put the beads around your neck. It was a lot of fun.

Way to many beads at the end of the night to see anything under them. It was a real pain trying to untangle my long hair from the mess.
