Let me give you four examples from my personal experience.

1. I once walked into an open door and gave myself a bloody nose because I was looking at a cute girl and not where I was going.  She got a good laugh out of that one.

2. I once stepped off a curb and was nearly killed because I was staring at a woman across the street. My business colleague saved me when he grabbed my arm.

3. While leaving an office building, I got my briefcase jammed in a revolving door and destroyed it because a pretty woman was coming in as I was exiting.  My briefcase stopped the door and everyone wanted to kill me while I was working to get it out.

4. When I first moved to CA, I flat-spotted all four tires on my company car braking to avoid a high speed collision on the 405 freeway.  Why?  Because there was a hot girl in a BMW convertible in the lane next to me.  I was going 70mph and the car in front of me was stopped- one of us would have died.

I realize women know that men are visual and we're always looking at them and mentally asking and answering the question "Would I or wouldn't I?  But do they REALLY know the affect they have on us?  I've often thought they have no idea as to the magnitude of both the attraction, and power they have over us as a result.

Maybe I'm just speaking for myself here, but I'm 61 and I still have no defenses against female beauty.  Show me a good ass and I'll step right into traffic following it.  Put a pair of shapely legs on the sidewalk ahead of me and I could fall into an open manhole.   And breasts?  Forget it.  I can't even pretend to look away anymore.  When I was younger I could, but now I can't afford to let a pair go by without fully savoring the moment.  

I know we all love women on this site, but I've often wondered if I suffer from this affliction to a greater degree than average.

My first car accident when I was 16 was the result of checking out the hot babes at the burger stand.

Now that I am older I learned to leave more space between me and the car in front while I am still checking out the hot babes.


the hobby has allowed me to be intimate with some of the hottest ladies ever. You would think that having is not as great as wanting (so they say) but I will always want that hot lady and now I can have her too!

When I was young I was superficial and there were many ladies that did not interest me because of their looks. Now older I pretty much think they are all beautiful.

I'm sure many others enjoyed reading your post as much as I did.  I don't know about the others.  But my time on the computer was limited over the holidays.  I should have posted a quick message to your post when I first read this, because I really enjoyed it.  I laughed out loud at some of your experiences.  I'm just glad you weren't permanently injured!  LOL!

The thing I sometimes do when I see someone I find attractive is I stare.  I tend to get lost in my thoughts and FORGET I am staring at them!  haha!  I have been caught doing this a few times.

You stare too!  But you get totally lost in it even more than I do!  Thanks for sharing!  I think many men are like you regarding beautiful women.  But you might be a bit more extreme!  But just look at all the cool stories you get to tell now!

I noticed it more in my younger days  at the bbeach when I was a mere 17  and then also in my 30's I would fing young boys in high school tailing me  at the malss  it was  so cute! Then 40's came and things  slowed down some LOL....but I must say I still get noticed just not as often I was walking in LA across the street last week and a guy passing said quietly  "your Beautiful" I said thank you and I meant it ....made me smile and walk  just a little taller and saw an exlover while there he is 38 now  married and he still  has the hots for me so beauty really is in the eye of the beholder......

But, I will shamelessly admit I will stare at any gorgeous lady and wonder what she would be like in bed.  You lovely ladies....wow, what you do to us is incredible.....

Swim

A few years ago, I was strutting rather proudly across the Home Depot parking lot wearing a tight tee-shirt, Daisy Dukes and sexy summer heels. (I do live in south Florida, so this isn't an unusual outfit for even middle-aged ladies like myself.)

As I was making my way to the entrance, a mailman in one of those little white trucks was approaching the same entrance, and got an eyeful of me. I smiled and kept on walking, when from behind me I heard a huge "WHOMP."

The poor fellow had driven right into an enormous concrete pillar.

I wonder how he explained that one to his supervisor!
