I am almost positive the laws in Europe regarding ED meds are about the same as in Latin America

In most countries other than the US you can simply buy ED meds "over the counter" without a prescription of any kind. All the generics for both Viagra and Cialis are available as well, which should save you a considerable amount of money.

I don't have any need for ED meds myself, but occasionally when I know I am going to go on a "fuck fest" , (several different women a day for several days) I will sometimes buy a pack of Cialis, break the tabs into thirds and take a third of a tab each day to help with my "recovery time"  

In almost every country I have visited since ED meds were invented, about 20 countries I would guess, I have found both Viagra and Cialis available in every local pharmacy without a prescription required.

My wife and I both have access to each other's medical records, including prescriptions.  She and I have not had sex in 15 years, so it'd be a huge red flag if she saw an ED med in my meds line-up.

Any recommendations on how I can get meds without her knowing?

In many countries you don't even need to leave the "aeropuerto" as you can buy ED meds right over the counter in the "farmacia" found in many of the airport gift shops.

I AM going to Europe in the fall. That actually was the occasion for this inquiry.  Previously, I've had a TER lady order the meds for me from an online pharmacy, but both ladies who've obliged now cannot, for one reason or another.  One has to know the lady pretty well to make the "ask," of course.  My supply has run out and I'd like to have a fresh batch with me when I go to Europe (to say nothing of using the meds here, too!).  

For obvious reasons, I cannot have the meds shipped to me at home.

As for PM-ing you, Max: I don't have VIP, so I can't do that.  You could e-mail me at jannibud at hot mail dot ....

The local adult store sells ed pills for $12--$15 each
work the sane as viagra
i take them the night before and drink a lot of water

As I posted elsewhere, I obtained V online from alldaychemists.  Even though their website says they require a prescription, I didn't fill out that info and they still filled and shipped my order.  The price was also not exorbitant.

I heard that after you receive your order from one of these Indian online pharmacies, some of theses companies will sell your home address, email address and phone number and you will start receiving a bunch of spam for ED products. Was this the case for Alldaychemist? I especially don't want a bunch of junk mail going to my home address.

Just order it from them. It is "generic", but it is sildenafil citrate and that's all that matters.

Delivery is slow. 3-4 weeks.

It has to go through customs (as do all foreign orders) and once I had a shipment "seized by customs" and ADC reshipped, no questions asked, when I informed them of that.

Geeze, 15 years!  Just over 3 years for me, and I thought I had it bad....

Glad you're having fun. So am I; I've been in the hobby 3 years and just wish I'd had the sense to start a lot sooner. It's too bad there's such a steep learning curve. I got ripped off a few times at first and I have a lot of sympathy for those who get busted. It just seems bizarre to me that the hobby is not legal. FWIW.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the wife.  I stopped sleeping with my wife 2 years ago.  The sex was horrible and had degenerated towards where she was almost abusive to me.  Now I'm having sex with women twice as beautiful as her and half her age.  :)

So...the other way....  

Cialis is approved as a treatment for BPH (prostate) in men which has nothing to do with ED.  The standard med for BPH tends to lower blood pressure.  So what you can do is ask your doctor for a prescription to Cialis.  Then tell your wife it is for your BPH because you couldn't tolerate the other meds because the low blood pressure side affect makes you feel faint.  :)  

I actually saw a cialis commercial for the first time yesterday that mentions its also for BPH.  So I was happy to hear that because now all the women will be hearing its for BPH too which will help should they ever question why you have the Cialis
