How to tell a provider that you taking injections?

So I've been on trimix injection for about a year now.  Most of the time when I tell a provider about my injection they're usually understanding about it.  One time I actually was told to go home and she cancelled our appointment while in her incall location.  What's your technique for explaining your procedure before an encounter begins?

Why is there a need to even tell a provider about it, as opposed to Viagra or Cialis, or is a client supposed to mention those as well?

Is it so she is alerted beforehand that this customer might be more physically demanding than the client who does not need or use such things?

Or is there something about the injections that ethics would demand one reveal beforehand?

It would be a conundrum since mentioning sexual activity while setting up a session is a no-no, and such a discussion is certainly sexually focused,

Maybe a sly code phrase could be devised such as "I've had my shots.", but that's no help at this stage of the game

I've not tried trimix but I'm considering it.  My urologist says "it really works, and we make sure you know how to inject properly."  So I asked my favorite if she'd mind, and she hadn't heard of it, but she said, "my job is to make you happy and if it works for you, I'm OK with it."  I think most providers wouldn't mind but it depends on the individual, of course.

I have been on Tri-Mix as well as Bi-Mix for a couple years now. (I'm 75) When I arrive and after we have talked a bit I just say I don't want you to think I'm on drugs but I will have to inject (a prescription drug)  after we get started. It will help me get hard. So far I have not met anyone who has objected at all. I found I have better luck if I'm somewhat excited before I inject. Had one young lady ask if it will get in her mouth and make her tongue hard.   I just laughed and told her no, that can't happen.   I've had a couple ask if they could watch me do it.  And one who said I don't want to see you do it.  All in all it's been good but I have a real hard time getting it in the right spot.  About half the time I miss and have to settle for just a BJ.  I'm now thinking about an implant. Those things are great just pump it up and it stays hard as long as you want it to. Then just let the fluid out and it goes down. I can just imagine all the fun I could have with that toy. I could make those young bucks take notice.  No wham bamm thank you mamm and leave here, I could get my full hours worth.  Maybe expand it  to two hours.

you arrive, inject yourself. then you massage it through your penis. I imagine it would be desirable if after injection your provider would take an active role and massage it into your penis.

The ideal time for injecting is when I have been simulated and this can only happen while in the presence of your provider.  I try finding a public restroom, injecting and then running over to the incall but it just didn't work because of the lack of simulation.  Just want to see how others are handling this new found tool when ED pills no longer work.

I should not have used the word "messaged" to suggest what to do after the infection so let me be clearer:
The urologist I send my patients to tells me he suggests: 1. stimulate the penis with soft rubbing or what ever to get it stimulated. 2. Then inject the materiel, 3. Then use soft strokes from the injecjtion site outward to spread the medication.
I appreciate the person who pointed that out to me.

I've been using trimix for almost a year now.  I've never told nor see a need to tell a provider that I use trimix.  About 15 minutes before our appointment, I use a lobby restroom and shoot-up.  Works every time.

Did she asked why you still had an erection after an hour?

None of the ladies have asked me that question yet.  Actually, by end of session I usually only have a partial erection, if any at all.  If I plan my dosage properly, my erection will have subsided by end of session.  Problem is that the proper dosage changes with the age of the trimix.  The shelf life of my trimix formulation is 4 to 6 weeks.  When fresh trimix, 10-12 units will produce good results.  After 4 to 6 weeks, it will take 16-20 units to accomplish the same affect as with fresh trimix.

The providers that I tend to see have incall apts and so using a public restrooms will not work for me.  My erection will generally last anywhere from 4-6 hrs depending on the age of the trimix (I keep it for 3 months) and amount of the dosage.  lately the length of time has remained constant at 5 hrs regardless of dosage.  I might go see my urologist to have him adjust the formula.

Wow! Five hours is not good.  My urologist told me that if I get an erection lasting 4 hours to immediately go to the ER.  Longest erection that I've ever had was about 2 hours.

Inevitably, we are all getting older.  ED and its treatments are much more out in the open than before.  I don't think any provider older than about 30-35 should be surprised if a client has to do some sort of ED procedure in front of her.  I had prostate cancer surgery two years ago.  Since the surgeon was able to remove the prostate robotically and save the nerves, I can still orgasm, but it's dry.  Some ladies try to do a prostate massage, so I have to tell them I don't have a prostate to massage!  At present, I haven't graduated to Trimix injections and am presently using a penis pump.  In some sessions, her helping me with the pump has become part of foreplay.  I always tell her that I will be bringing a pump to our session and will go into as many details as she wants to hear.  Like lots of guys, I don't want her to think I don't find her attractive and desirable because I can't get hard without external help.  But, all of my cancer came out with the prostate so I have no right to complain!

Additional note:  Because of the dry orgasms, many ladies finishing me manually will keep going after I've had a shuddering orgasm because they don't see the fruits of their labor -- cum!

Still working with urologist on dosing and formulation of Trimix. I'm getting hard-er, but not hard enough for insertion.  :(

I was with my frescort (friend/escort) the other night and she was curious about my injecting. I did it, and told her the injection site was supposed to be massaged for several minutes. She massaged with her mouth!

Any thoughts or suggestions on Trimex are welcome!

If a provider freaks over this, I think: "Oh so sorry, dealing with men who have ED goes with the F-ing territory!"

Cross her off your list.

Something a lot of you may not realize: Many, many men have ED problems. It is nothing new and you are, by no means, unique. This was told to me by a provider.

While we're on the topic, I'll be getting the inflatable insert. Heard good things about it, from both sides, and tired of carrying ice packs to keep Trimix fresh, needles, etc. This is just a personal choice.

Topic of missing with the injection...there are many tutorials online that can help with that.  I've been using Tri-Mix for several years.  I have only missed once.  But I have hit veins that caused some bruising and made it a bit difficult to stop the bleeding.  So, I visited my dr. and got some more advice on location and now I hit it properly, very little to no blood, no bruising...and she never knew I took it.  However, I have never tried getting with the provider, then inject.  I have always injected beforehand and walk in with a rigid hardon.  But there are times when it gets somewhat softer and less rigid.  I wonder what the benefit would be if I did the injection while being stimulated.  On the subject of Implants.  Are you able to have an orgasm?  That is my main frustration...I only have an orgasm 1 in about 5+ times.  So dang frustrating...to the point that I am thinking of stopping this wonderful hobby. Also, the head of my penis doesn't seem that sensitive and enlarged with the Tri-mix. Any suggestions.

I am confused. why be afraid. As a provider, I have come across I think just about everything. Injections these days with all the technological advancements I believe it is not a big deal, but I am a Mature provider so maybe that has something to do with my beliefs.

I think open and honest when booking would avoid any situation as the one listed above.

I have been told in advance when booking and also at the time we are face to face.

Either way, its not a big deal to me.

Sorry for that experience, we dont all feel that way

The woman who sent you home was a certifiable head-case. Forget about her and move on! If this was recent, I would write a review on TER.

I am 70 and providers have never had a problem with my "shortcomings." Mostly, I see regulars and they are 100% supportive.

In short, you shouldn't have to worry about this. Don't!

I'm the original poster and can say now that trimix does work about 95% of the time.  When I forget to massage after injection, then its that 5% when it doesn't give me an erection.

Beginning to have the same issue of not popping in the condom.  I've been using trimix for years and not climaxing could be due to age and so now I just ask for a HJ.

Just seeing this, and glad to offer what I can.

If you are interested in the inflatable, I strongly recommend meeting with your urologist to establish realistic expectations for girth and length. I understand you will lose a little length, but this shouldn't dissuade you. Know what to expect and YMMV.

My surgery was performed in a world-class hospital. I was in-and-out in about 24 hours.

I never had general anesthesia nor surgery before. So, this was all new to me. After surgery, I was high as a kite for about six hours. and in love with the world. (Sorry nurses!) The doctor told me this was the "honeymoon" phase.

I awoke with a urinary catheter. This is a section of clear rubber tubing inserted through your penis, terminating in the bladder. It is connected to a clear plastic bag. As you've undoubtedly figured out, you will be peeing through the tubing. Having the tube in you is uncomfortable. In my case, it triggered reflexive contractions which became irritated. Not fun.

The doctor visited me the next day. While distracting me with conversation, he quickly pulled (yanked) out the catheter. Not pleasant, kind of like ripping a bandage off. The upside was the horrible tube was no longer inside of me.

Secondly, I had a two-inch horizontal incision in the upper front of my scrotum, bristling with stitches. They started itching, which was hateful. Taking antihistamines helped, but the honeymoon was over.

I was discharged around the 24-hour mark and walked home. Bear in mind that your scrotum will be swollen to ripe grapefruit size and you'll be wearing a jock strap packed with gauze. You'll be asked to apply an antibiotic ointment to the site frequently. Cannot lift anything heavier than 5 lbs. (About +2 kilos for friends north of the border.)

No bath or shower for 5-days as I recall.

Skip ahead a month, and the stitches are 90% gone.

During follow-up, about six weeks later, they showed me how to use the pump. Please see Chapter 2, next.

As noted, the doctor showed me how to pump.

I now have more girth and length when flaccid and otherwise. Appearances count! Note: as a senior I experienced considerable shrinkage before the operation. This is now being reversed.

Pump is a little stiff to operate. Forgot to mention, it is about 2" long, 1" wide and .5" thick. This sits in your scrotum. You squeeze a bulb on the pump to inflate, and push a rubbery button to deflate.

I am advised to inflate the prosthesis daily to loosen-up the pump material AND increase length.

Final thoughts:

Overall, I'm glad I did it. Initially, it's no day at the beach, but you'll get through it.

I think some erectile tissue remains because i do start to feel hard in the presence of a youthful, eager and round-rumped playmate. I take vitamin V to augment.

Good luck!

Maybe I need new glasses because I'm reading "How to tell a provider that you taking injections?"

Geez trimix, you make it sound like this revelation is to your wife on wedding night!

If you selected a totally cool and positively-reviewed provider from these pages (Like Queen Bia, should you be so lucky!)  she will think nothing of it and be accomodating. Believe me, she won't be shocked, to say the least. In other words, "technique not required!!"

Stop thinking so much and get in the game!

Best of luck!
