at the very bottom of all the general boards even under books and Asia ?????come on really? seriously????Most people never can find when I do talk about they always ask me for the link to it and I have to explain last one under General because on most comps it is hidden under the monitor would you guys put in a request to have it raised please I did put it on S/P board to no avail I have also received comment from TER weeks ago in my request for a new board with no Allis allowed and boomer's+ with some ideas as to a different way to have fun .....also thought just maybe a VIP only board as most providers on POB board are thinking of dropping their VIP status as there is really nothing special for women to have it according to some I was hoping this might keep them interested in sticking around....any help you more established members might have to influence TER to help would be great
I agree with victoria sometimes my screen always has to be maximized to see it all and the over 60 board always gets stuck unseen unless I open my page to its fullest. Good idea!
One of the things that many of us like about this board is its mellow, non-judgemental nature. That's different from many regional boards and totally opposite of the General Discussion board. Our position at the bottom of the list my be helping us fly under the radar of the mean spirited, angry boys who sometimes dominate those other boards. I'd hate to see us bring enough attention to this board that we start getting hijacked by those who seem to disrespect and dislike everone and everything involved in this hobby that we find so enjoyable. I think the farther this board stays from the General Discussion board the better!
one thing I learned from this board the guys here do not buckle under to those types they seem to run a tight ship here pity the poor fool that even trys to mess with you gentlemen! I am not saying to put us near the General board just not quite so far down that folks are having a hard time finding us those that really do need this board
I really don't think it makes any difference at all where the name of the board is placed on the list. In fact, if you are directing someone to the board, it's easier to say it's at the bottom of the list rather than '2nd from the middle' or something like that. It's also easier to click on the bottom of the list once you know where it is.
What's to be gained by moving the placement of the name of the board in the list. More traffic? Is there something wrong with the amount of traffic on the board now. What exactly is wrong with the board that has to be changed?

As far as our location on the list, I don't think it makes any difference. Those who have a need will find or be directed to us.

If they can't find us then the ones that just raise hell about everything won't show up. We have had several try to stir up the site and if we ignore them they go away.
