I was reading in the Sunday paper that SB Sunday is the most dangerous day of the year for pets, because people leave dangerous stuff out for the pets to get into.

Chicken bones are among the worst, but even a slice of pizza can put a puppy into shock.

Becareful that your pet doesn't eat people food.  It's not made for them.

My little 6 pound dog ate something he wasn't suppose to at my girlfriends super bowl party and is very sick. Long night with him up and down and lots of nasty stuff no need to mention. Yesterday we went to the vets twice. He's  going back at 9 AM this morning and I am going into my volunteer position for a few hours without him. I'll see you all tonight and glad to see so many people posting and having fun.

whever Nicky is  even a little off I worry ....poor dogs cannot tell us how they feel where it hurts....Mr Fisher  thank yoiu for posting about SB  day  and our  pets I will now think twice before ever bring  him to any party sometimes people see a cute little dog begging so they just drop him food  not good for him we must respect others pets heath and owners wishes

Sounds verrrry interesting.

Good luck, babysat a puppy for a friend for 2 weeks, he ate everything he could grab outside and lets just say the end results weren't pretty.

Hope it's nothing bad or dehydrating .

He looks better but has an IV in and exhausted. Back to the vet in the morning and the blood work results will be available.

There not sure why he's bleeding internally but he gets no food or drink for 48 hours to let his little tummy settle. He's so tiny and you just can't help but love him. He'll spend another few days with the vet during the day while sleeping home with me at night. Hope they can figure what's going on
