I tried Horny Goat weed (Zhou from Amazon) and was surprised to find it actually helps. Notice morning erections are harder and feel more horny. I use a tablespoon or two of black maca powder nearly every day. I find the black maca powder to be more effective than the yellow.
It’s primary effects are twofold.
1) it gives me better energy reserves and improves recovery time for and from exercise. 2) It boosts the volume of semen and pretty much eliminates the dreaded “dry pop” for me.
