so what better way to kill some time then post some thoughts about the over 60 board first a big thank you to Angela who has gave me great advice on my heath care she even offered to send me a juicer ...who does that for a complete stranger? Only someone from this board you all are so awesome the day I found you all was a great day .....nowhere else on TER is there this type of people caring and thoughtful to a woman out in AZ and although I have not met you all in person I am getting a good sense of just who you are as a group .... a big group hug is in order .... I know it sound mushy but it is heartfelt.....well I better hit the sack as tomorrow is a big day for me on a side note I want to thank the handsome pilot who took me out tonight for a wonderful dinner I really had a nice time and Nicky loved his toy.....and I must confess I ate the chocolates somehow chocolate just makes you feel better LOL sweet dreams .......I hope the sandman shows up soon ......kisses V
Good morning Victoria. You were the first thought I had upon waking not so long after your post. I'll be with you in my thoughts today while traveling. I hope all goes perfectly and all the news to come is great. Good morning trail dust I just woke -up and "I feel good like I knew I should" no more milk for me a Little green tea today...see I am learning and Angela I am seriously thinking of inviting you to AZ as my coach the weather is great my home is very nice and you would have a cool car to drive.... while here book a tour we have some wonderful guys here that enjoy mature ladies think about it please....me casa su casa as we say out West!

just me , and I am really happy that my suggestions were helpful .
I have never been to AZ but I have a couple of friends there but if I arrive
we have to kick our heels up and have fun because either way its going to
be a celebration for good health , food , men , warm weather and you can
show me around. Oh! Does the car have a rag top and can we drive topless ?
Cause I only have it that way you know! LOL! Keep the spirit girl you are going to
be fine you have to be so you can get to Chicago again and shake the town up!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but those sweet little tid-bits could be keeping you up. Chocolate has caffeine in it and the better the quality the more it contains.....
Can you eat just one ? I can't and would have over indulged on one of my favorite treats

I confess i ate the whole thing ! Wow I girl has to have some fun ! but now I know no chocolate before bedtime and yes it was quality chocolate kinda like potatoe chips I could not stop at one !
