Rise and shine and guess who joined our exclusive group yesterday ? The Today Show! is now 60 ....woo- hoo....  the morning here in AZ it bright and sunny a great day   I watch it everyday as I sit here with Nicky back behind me on my chair as I type away.....I think I might get the golf  clubs out and call my DAD and see if he wants to play  a round or go hit  some balls or maybe see if I can get them out for lunch ....I have already started my resolutions to spend more time with my loved ones yesterday  I took  my disabled IT guy out to lunch and a movie  we saw the new Mission impossible movie it was very entertaining  the fact that  TOM is 50 yrs old is quite amazing I guess 60 is  the new 40.......the trick is to keep moving if possible and try and do a good deed everyday....I feel great  and see the doc on Monday will have a much better idea then as to my next step if you guys do not mind I will blog  my progress here  it might help some else who is going through the same thing ....well get you butts up and have a great day  remember a smile is free to give and go's a long way to making someones  day  so smile and do a good deed  and reap the benefits   a big kiss Victoria
