Its an approved cream rubbed on the tip of the penis and will give an erection lasting at least an hour. Can only get it thru prescription from your urologist. Seems to have enough evidence that it does work.

Nitroglycerin cream or gel increases blood flow to the penis. However, it is currently not approved by the FDA to treat erectile dysfunction. Older studies have found that nitroglycerin gel can enhance blood flow to the penis, but this increased blood flow may not be enough to sustain an erection.
This sounds like a treatment for angina pectoris (similar to nitroglycerin sublingual tablets). Its usual intent is to lower blood pressure immediately and substantially.

WARNING: watch out if you also use PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra / Cialis class dick pills) !!! The combination can lower your blood pressure so much that you pass out or worse.

Changed up how I take my meds now!
