How could he have told you about this prior to the session without setting off your "he's getting explicit" alarm. No way for him to know if you're OK with that discussion once screening is completed or if your one of the many ladies that want no discussion until in the room with the gent. Maybe you are OK with having that discussion as long as money isn't mentioned but he won't know until he does mention it and then it's too late if you aren't OK with it.  

 
I can see how pulling out syringes would be disconcerting. You have no idea what he is up to. He could have explained before actually bringing them out but sounds like that wouldn't have helped in this case.

I don't know how to advise you going forward. This will probably come up again, especially if you see a fair number of older guys. Maybe just learn a bit more about this particular treatment, and don't be afraid to excuse yourself or offer the private use of the restroom if a future client indicates he needs to do this.

Age would also be an indicator.  If he was a younger guy it would probably be less usual for the need for ED meds.  If an older guy, that would probably be more likely.

Yes some of us inject into our penis.  I do every time if I want to get hard. I always tell the lady if it is a first time visit but not until I arrive at her place. I don't want her to think that I am shooting up something else. She can watch or not, all up to her.  In this business it seems strange to me that some of the ladies don't know about this medication. I've only come across a couple but they were both really young.  If I'm ever asked to leave for that reason I will with no hesitation at all. If your going to see us old guys then you will run across this occasionally.  Sometimes it may even be a young guy.

two years ago after the ED pills no longer work for me.  I only see a handful of regulars and when I asked them if it was ok to inject, they all said OK because they were my regulars for several years.  The difficult part for me is when I see a new provider and one did asked me to leave.  Now I work with their bookers and to have the booker let her know before I come over.  This is the method I now use when I get the chance to see a new provider.
