Dry orgasms

As I reach the end of my sixties, things still work pretty well without pharmaceutical aids...

The only exception is the fluid output, which is basically gone. So far, I’ve seen no complaints from the ladies.

What is the collective experience in monger land?

I'm in my mid-seventies and this happened to me a couple  of years age. Freaked the hell out of me and
surprised the provider when she tok off the condom and there was'nt a drop in it. Perhaps you should
consult your M.D. if it continues.

Yes for me too (backward ejaculation) and it is related to prostate medication (I am 62), but my gal pal likes it because their pregnancy risk is to close to zero and we can have unprotected sex. My urologist tells me that he can arrange a surgery that amounts to a water-pick in there that will restore outward ejaculation. My GF is of mixed feelings about whether I should have the surgery. However, I would like to be able to pee easily and quit the medication. My GF and I have talked about me paying for an IUD for her, but she is still thinking about it. Apparently, the IUD insertion can be very briefly but super painful for some women. She doesn't want to do BC pills or go back to using condoms. We are exclusive of course now.

I've noticed the same thing.

I kind of miss it, but it does make clean up easier, at least.

And yes, I do hydrate well, and eat and do all the things one is supposed to do to keep functioning at a high level, but my urologist says it's just to be expected, and not a sign of anything radically wrong.

I can still function pretty well without vitamin V, but I do use it just because it adds some oomph, and fortunately I have not experienced any of the side effects like stuffiness or headaches that some guys get.

many years ago before mongering, I would watch alot of porn which would involve edging. the amount of sperm increased significantly. the problem was I got was delayed orgasm or pied. so i quit the porn and surprise still get good cumshots, just cant shoot as far. I will be 68 in june, knock on wood.

72yo.  Over the past four years or so my fluid output per orgasm has dropped quite a bit.  Possibly retrograde ejaculations, not confirmed.
.
Some very diligent girls do inspect the condom afterward and express disappointment -- they think they have failed to do a good job with me in spite of my complete delight with them.  That's a shame, but I can't fix it.

Not a problem. He still experienced an orgasm. Not an issue.

I'm 82 years young and have been shooting blanks since my second TURP prostate surgery in ~2008.  My orgasms still feel as good as ever (occasionally even without an erection lately), so I just go with the flow.  I do tell a new acquaintance before we get there, as sometimes she will keep trying after I'm done and get QUITE sensitive.  And many do comment on "Gosh, that's great - no mess!!!".  Livin' the DREAM!!!

I had a prostatectomy in 2008 due to cancer, which fortunately has not returned. Since then I too have awesome orgasms but nothing comes out. The surgery also made it almost impossible to get hard without help. Viagra and the other related meds didn't work for me so I use a Trimix injection when I want fuck. I can still orgasm with a half hard cock but can't really penetrate. No mess is a plus, putting a needle in my dick is a negative. Such is life, we do what we do. What do women think about the situation? My experience is that most women don't really care at all. We men are our own worst enemies when it comes to sex. Just enjoy what you can enjoy and she will too.

I'm 68 in another week or so.  I had robotic prostate cancer surgery almost exactly two years ago.  My surgeon is well-known in the DC area and has done hundreds of these surgeries.  He was able to save the nerves, so I have as intense orgasms as I've always had, except that they are dry except for the occasional drop or two of testicular fluid.  As others have stated, the ladies are fine. I usually joke by saying something like, "Well, clean-up is easy!"  My major issue right now is the surgery-induced ED.  It doesn't get hard enough for long enough to penetrate effectively.  As a result, most ladies have to finish me manually.  Probably the only interesting aspect of all of this is that a lot of ladies keep working me after I have had my dry orgasm.  In normal guys, the ejaculation is a visible sign that the HJ is over.  All of the cancer came out with the prostate, so I can't complain at all considering the alternative.
