...around my mid 40's. It isn't a problem. You don't have to have had an injury for it to occur. My urologist said it can be calcium build up. Seems I've read both scar tissue/calcium build up. I don't remember. Like I said it isn't a problem so I've not really kept up to date on it.
I noticed that my dick started to bend upwards. It was always straight before this happened. It feels as if there is something abnormal, a few inch down, starting at the head. My GP says I have Peyronies, caused by scar tissue. I have no memory of putting my dick at risk to develope a scar. Anybody ever have this? Bitches love it but what if it goes to 90 degrees. Sucks getting old!

I know a urologist who prescribes therapy using a penis pump, though I don't know the details of the therapy. But it's pretty obvious the therapy stretches the tissue.
Like yours, mine bends upwards. Nothing's contagious about the condition.
My favorite thing is enjoying my lover's smiling face while she's giving me a BJ. But it doesn't work so well if I'm lying in bed. My "angulation" is a bit better for her if I'm seated in a chair, so that's what I do now.
I have suggested to each of two different partners that, because of the angles, things might go better for her if I were to lie down in bed and she approach me in a top/bottom "69" position. Neither has taken me up on the offer.
Like the others who have posted here, I don't have a clue where it came from. It certainly wasn't an injury. My urologist said that they now believe there's a connection with cramps in your plantar on your foot and the tight tissue in the palm of your hand. When I thought about it, I told him that I have noticed occasional cramps in my feet.
He suggested I take Vitamin E, which he says has been shown to help in some cases. I've noticed some improvement. He hasn't gone the penis pump route yet and I know there are some injection remedies and even surgery. I'm not there yet...
But, the plumbing continues to function just fine, especially with a 50mg meal of Viagra. I'm not as long as I used to be because the scar tissue restricts the blood flow. Missionary is a bit harder, but I've become a big fan of cowgirl, since the bend works very well with the cowgirl geometry.
He went to see doctor about it. He explained it's due to scar tissue constricting some pipes inside his member and that trying to fix it only makes it worse. He also said that his doctor said he could experience getting less hard. I felt bad for him .

I suppose the result of some sexual gymnastics. He had surgury to correct it & was not to get an erection for 6 months. It would have to be pretty severe to agree to that. I haven't seen him since graduation so I can not tell you long term results.
