Have been experiencing an inability to climax/ejaculate when using Trimix during a session.  Can  Trimix usage be a contributor to this?  Has anyone else experienced this--had similar thoughts/concerns?
Thanks!

I asked my urologist about this a few months ago. I've been using trimix injections for a little while and, though it has really helped my erection, I did notice that it also seemed to be more difficult (or, at least, take more time and stimulation) to ejaculate. My recollection is that he told me one of the ingredients in trimix is similar (or maybe a lower dose) of a drug that can also be used to treat premature ejaculation. So, he seemed to think it was a possible side effect of the trimix but not a concerning side effect (medicinally speaking).

So, for me, it's not an "inability" - it just takes more time and more stimulation.

I'm still in the stage of experimenting with various dosages of the trimix (currently varying from ~15-22 units) to see what's best for me in terms of both erection, duration, and ejaculation. But don't have anything specific to report yet since I'm still pretty new at this.

Almost impossible for me to cross the finish line w/an injection of tri, bi or the old school single ingredient mix.

Most providers feel like they've failed and I put a lot of energy into assuring them it felt great, had a good time, etc.
