I'm not familiar with Cialis, but it takes 20 hours before Viagra is completely out of your system. Try some google searches dealing with your specific concerns. Ciao!
Cialis is the "weekend pill". 20mg on day 1 followed by 20mg on day 2 may be overkill. My MD told me to try 20 mg on day 1 followed by 5mg on day 2 and 3. Worked great for me.
