i am glad i have the experience i have and now the patience and nuance to enjoy each moment with a lady.

I'm lucky to not have any injury or condition that prevents me from exercising, so body-wise I'm doing pretty well. I'm actually in better shape now than I was 25 years ago, when I was working too hard, going to grad school, and had little kids to run after. But time takes its toll, e.g. I'm starting to get those smile lines on my face, and the "age spots" are starting to appear on my hands. There's the greying hair too, but fortunately women seem to like guys with grey hair.  

...for some reason ladies like me more now.

I am lucky to have those good Asian genes and my family not only lives a long time, but most of my family stays young looking as well. For example my 79 year old mother has snagged herself a 58 year old boyfriend, and I can still date women thirty years younger than me without getting those "looks" from old biddies.

Yeah, actually us old geezer make them earn their money -- nonstop for the full hour.  They can get younger guys to pop early and then have a rest in the middle.  

As long as I have my health and the plumbing continues to function normally, I'm not going to worry about growing old which is something that I have no control over.

But honestly I'm in better shape now than I was years ago. I've committed to a fitness regimen that has had very good results, and the ladies often remark that I don't seem as old as the calendar would suggest. So don't worry about age! Embrace it, whatever your age is, and get in shape if you can. Remember, many of the working girls really do prefer a mature man. My 2 current SBs are both 50 years younger than me!

But then I started to get alot of compliments on how my hair looked great on me. So now it's part of my "Persona" as one lady tells me...so I learned how to make lemonade out of lemons.

I suspect that problem will take care of itself when my memory totally is shot.

I'm a fit older man, I have medals to prove it. When I look in the mirror there IS some stranger there that looks familiar but he's not somebody I remember. My mind is a little different. That part of my mind that thinks about 'sex' is still a teenager.  

When the tough get old, the old get tough.

that the future is shorter and shorter. In many ways this is certainly one of the two or three best times of my life.  I wish it could stay just like this (maybe with just a little improvement in eyesight and bladder capacity) and go on forever. I know neither thing will happen; I try to forget that fact in my every day life

I, myself, prefer older men. I don't mind or dislike your crows feet that reflect all of your happiest memories, your times of laughter and excitement.. The joy in your life. I don't hate your lightening hair, as you are enlightened with the wisdom that only comes with time and experience in life. The glasses you wear, because your eyes are straining from every beautiful sunrise, sunset, shooting star, and naked woman you've seen. I dont judge you for your lack of technological skills, in fact, I envy your simplicity, you're ability to almost live completely without the things that the younger generation fonds over.

It's interesting,
when I was young and most beautiful, my ability to see my beauty was blurred by my self-consciousness.
I never felt pretty or good enough. I was programmed to believe that what was on the TV and in the magazines were the only things accepted by society.  I did not seem to measure up, when I compared myself to that standard.

I work out, watch my diet and work out when I can.  My latest stress test on the tread mill was a big success, doc said I did great.  I too am in better shape than 25 years ago when I was sitting too much, stressing too much and not eating right.  One of the important things doc told me is to keep exercising the Johnson, if you don't use it, you loose it.  So, as a good patient, I do as doc tells me and exercise it as often as I can.  I have had ladies tell me (not all paid to do so)  that I look good, so I try to believe it and keep on keeping on.

Bodies, but alas it does not work like that.  So I will enjoy the changes of seasoning...yours and mine.  The real man is inside whatever the wrapping is.
