Your personal health history is as important as anything else in evaluating the risks, so go to the person who knows it the best.

Agree with Mr Fisher. Ask your doctor. While using a PDE5 inhibitor with an anticoagulant  may not be contraindicated per se, your personal medical history  must always be factored in to medical management. Good luck.
