I usually go back to the same restaurant because I know there are items on the menu that I can depend on and that I REALLY enjoy.

But, sometimes I do like a little variety.  And occasionally, I find a new favorite restaurant.

Not the perfect analogy, but..................

which is not much....I stick with someone I'm very comfortable with.
I miss her when I've not seen her in more than a couple of months but it
makes the next time all the more sweeter.

As a provider with a few greg regulars I often wonder about this question ☺️

One of the pleasures of the hobby for me is meeting many different types of women and fulfilling fantasies bout the women I would like to experience.

I have one regular, that I try to meet whenever I can.  She is just so much fun.  However, some day I fully expect to be told that she is exiting the business.   For that reason alone, I feel that I must see others.  

Even without that concern, I think that having continuous variety is the essence of this hobby.  So I strike a balance between new and familiar.  

I have developed favorite providers and will have repeat sessions with them. As we get to spend more time together and find out a bit more about each other's likes and desires, our experiences deepen (pun intended). We try other things, expand our comfort zones a bit and have an extended understanding.

This doesn't rule out other playmates and I have a new playmate who occasionally travels through the provider desert in which I live -- we've had two sessions in the last 2 1/2 months and we're making plans for things we want to try for the next get-together.

While I like the comfort zone, I also like to stretch it from time to time. Know your strengths but be flexible.

When you have chemistry it's priceless, but you need to take the risk to try in order to find a new friend.

I like to have a small group of favorites... for my frequency 3 was a good number... that I rotated depending on particular services desired for the occasion & availability.  I only see new providers (to me) who I think might have potential to be a favorite.  Of course, it doesn't always work that way.    

Roughly 80% of my encounters are with favorites, 20% new encounters.  This balance keeps me more than happy.  Variety is the spice of life, but chemistry that sustains over time rocks my world.
