As we come to the end of the year, I would like to say a word of appreciation for the mature providers.  Youth certainly has its attractions, but the experience, self-confidence, humor and passion that comes with so many mature ladies is one of the great pleasures of this so-called hobby.  Thank you ladies (some of you will know individually who I mean) and every best wish for the year to come.
