Me, I have found it rarely makes much of a difference--other than if I abstain too long, I am quite, er, uh, horny when the meeting commences.

I like to wait a week in between, have better orgasams if I give myself time to recharge...I'm an older gentleman, after all. If I utilize my ATF more often, the little blue pill does not work that well. Seems the anticipation helps!! Besides I have a problem with falling in love too easy. LOVE THIS HOBBY!!! It's been reported that Aleve (aka naproxen) can retard ejaculation. Also some blood pressure meds can make it harder (pun intended) to get a woodie. My advice is to get a good night's rest without too much alcohol. Also think of getting an appointment in the late AM when the testosterone levels are highest for us guys.

Given my age, I find if I abstain a week prior to the date my orgasms are more intense plus I shoot a larger load.......lengthens the orgasm.

and a week is better. Whenever I can manage it, I'll even hold off for two or three weeks! After three weeks, it's almost like being a teenager again...ready to pop in just a few minutes!
