Have any of you mature gentlemen with various erection issues tried other solutions?  
I use many different approaches and devices with my friends who have troubles.  So I am wondering if there may be some I have not tried.  And should add to my arsenal of tools.

I'm four weeks into this treatment. I tested low for it.  Daily morning wood and no problems geting it up later in the day with visual or manual stimulation. However, not all erections lead to ejaculations. That's a bummer. I'm a pretty active and fairly fit 62 yr old and it bothers me that I can't always cum when I'm hard. I do have a couple of beers, or bourbons, or glass or two of wine every nite. I'm thinking of moderating this a little to see if that helps. The testosterone treatments also have some other beneficial effects but I'm not clear what the downside is. I expect to discontinue this in a couple of months and see what happens.

There's an herbal capsule I use, Mojo Risen. Buy a pack of 10 and its under $5 a hit. I get firmer wood and one capsule is good for about 2 days. Works fast too. When taken in the fast method, it does cause some mega-flushing since it contains so much niacin.

ginseng tea, goji berries, and walnuts.

So far it seems to be doing the trick.

I also take vitamin D supplements per my MD's recomendation, and I think that helps.

Finally, I have a banana every day.  I think that's what keep monkeies so horny.

Horny Goat Weed (really), Yohimbe but be careful with the dose.  I tried 450 mg & had a bad reaction for a couple of days.
I have a progressive condition which damages the spinal cord...  
With my SO...  IF I can get her to have sex, she's lazy & selfish...  while I like to give as good as I get.  She pretty much "lays there" on her back, returns kisses, some body to body contact, legs...  I move on to mouth to breasts work, DATY, but she expects me to be push button when she's ready...  no effort or carressing on her part.  I take about half a 25 mg Viagra, which is usually enough.

Most supplements are dangerous to take and can have bad side affects and/or bad interaction with other medication.  Doctor prescribed injections work for some.  Web MD has a pretty good recent article and breakdown of supplements for ED......most are advised against.  Best thing is to get an evaluation from your Doctor to make sure its not something else... then just use the usual pills....injections.... or get a prosthesis.

Doctor prescribed testosterone is the only safe application.... an probably works the best.   The supplements can have adverse effect and are advised against by most doctors.

I'm soon going to be 82 years old.  I've tried the injections, but did not like the needle to my dick.
I also tired a Vac Pump which did nothing for me.

I have a partial spinal cord injury.  Have had ED issues since.  My MD prescribed the various pills to try...  he prescribed the largest 100 mg Viagra & instructed me to get a ill cutter (since the 25, 50, 100s all cost about the same).  I've been using about half of the 25 mg dose.  
With SO, she really doesn't encourge love making...  more into hurry up & get it over.   I had noticed that in changing positions (stimulation stops) I'd tend to fade with or with out V.  So continueous stim is important.
I've explained to other partners about trying to go without V & it has worked.  If it's all about the blood flow...  then using the chemical means is like teaching the body to respond best to masterbation.   3 tests with 2 gals...  they've had to work harder but it has worked very well indeed.
So I ask if the gent can get an erection at all...   try to keep the action continous.  Even a protracted HJ...

Just to tell you all of some of my tools and tricks.  Where I do not have much control and only a small amount of input as to any supplements my gentlemen take.  I do suggest keeping the alcohol intake to a minimum prior to having sex.  And aside from maybe some marijuana, ZERO "party substances, to those prone to that sort of thing.  I also suggest refraining from "handling things yourself" as much as possible.  And for some I might suggest No Tuna Fish for 1 week or more before we meet, and adding plenty of fruit like strawberries, blueberries and bananas to their diet.  And oddly enough Dark Chocolate can help, so I often have some of that with me.  

For those who mostly just have trouble getting or keeping an erection, usually comes down to blood flow issues.  Meaning not enough blood flow in, or stopping the blood from flowing back out.   So for this I find taking my time and using oral stimulation, more to the point, oral suction, to draw the blood up into the penis.  Much like a pump would do.  It can take some practice to get the hang of this. ( but that is pretty fun too).  Keeping  the stimulation steady to key to this working.  Now in order top maintain the erection I have found that a jelly ring works great.  It is a small (very inexpensive) ring, made of a very stretchy jelly like material.  I apply this at the soonest when he is almost fully erect.  And continue with the oral power suction.  The ring applies just enough pressure on the base of the penis to stop the blood from flowing back out of the penis.  It should be worn as far down on the penis as possible.  A second one can be applied around the balls, if the gentleman likes.  (some do).  Nice thing about these are that they are not to tight as to cause discomfort, also because they are so stretchy they can be applied and removed very easily.  Remember to remove right after you finish, to restore normal blood flow. (very important)  Also, as mentioned by others, changing positions can be to much of a break in the action and cause a loss of firmness, So I find that just going with his favorite position, and staying hot and heavy with that 1 position to completion works best also.

Care and understanding and willingness to take my time with everything is also KEY to success
