Anyone out there that has any experience with alprostadil  cream?  I am familiar with the injectable agents and the urethral suppositories but was unaware there was a topical cream.  Thanks

...in injectable and suppository form as you know.  But the FDA has not approved it for topical use.  However, you can still buy it over-the-counter.  Overstock sells it under the name "Rock Hard Gel."  Ask yourself how good can it be if Overstock sells it and the manufacturer calls it  "Rock Hard Gel."
