I'm currently 55 years young.  I'm fit, financially secure and happy.  I have the most stamina of my entire life AND I know how to please a woman with techniquece, patience, and understanding.  
 
I love the hobby and have met some absolutely wonderful people.  
 
However, I wonder how my Hobbying experience will be as I get to 60 and above.  I'm hoping it will be just as enjoyable, but I wonder...  
 
I'd love to hear the perspective of my fellows.  What has your experience been?    
 
All positive insight will be appreciated.  
 
By the way...I intend to ask a similar question of the ladies on the General Board and if the gentlemen on the Hobbyist Only Board.

.... you wouldn't say you want only positive insights. There might be some negative experiences out there from which you can glean some value.  

I thought I was clear on each board that I would be asking the question on other boards to get the most responses.  Also, the question was asked on boards with very different participants.

Just look at the threads below.

The limits on my hobby have to do with: 1) I am working harder and longer hours and with more diverse responsibilities than ever.  Scheduling is tough
2) many grandkids want my free time
3) friends with benefits and wife take uo some slack
4) I have a longer refractory period so longer time between climaxes. I still have ay least two in two hours but used always to have three. I find the use of Cialis  gets me back to three.
5) I used he keep my consulting work funds separate and traveled more for my consulting work, now my spouse and I mingle funds and I travel less so if I see someone for say $750 and someone else is suddenly available two days later, I offen need more time to accumulate unexplained money.  This was an unseen consequence of mixing her side income funds with mine. (benefits for stashing tax free retirement funds,)
So far circumstance rather than age has had the most effect on my activity.  
(I am also no longer wanted in the "over forty" hardball league since over forty is full of men in their forties, my eye sight has gotten worse, my reflexes a bit slower and no one wants me as their second baseman.)

I`m 71 and just starting in this game. I didn`t know it even existed until recently. I`d been dormant too many years and I now feel happier than ever. Biggest boost for me was Viagra and the sweetest young girl I could ever ask for.
It`s so nice I`m considering going back to the gym and quit smoking.

I entered the hobby when I turned 60 and my wife said she was no longer interested in sex or anything sexual for that matter.  That was about 5+ years ago.  I use Cialis that I buy from Canada. I find that I enjoy being with these ladies and I no longer resent my wife for not caring about my needs.

I am currently seeing only one girl, a 28 yo delicious provider on a regular basis and that`s fine with me. I have come to learn at 71 that the "pseudo" love BUT real affection, bonding, laughter and genuine friendship we trade is priceless and  as welcome and necessary as the porn-star performances  of the old days. Since recently getting into this game I no longer live vicariously  in the fantasy world of porn and yesteryear's trysts. Reality is sweet again and I`m lovin' it!

You aren't 21 so don't try to perform like you are. I'm 61 and I learned that along time ago. Enjoy the moment, savor it and remember as much as you can about the experience, it'll be the only thing you'll have. Take a deep breath and suck in as much as you can.
I learned as time went on to explore other "fetishes" and to find ladies that will enjoy what I'm curious about, and so far it's working out great. So being 55 is great to be now, enjoy it

That was 14 years ago!  The improvement in my entire outlook on life that playing with all these sweet angels has made has been enormous. As for my physical changes with age, I find it more difficult to achieve an orgasm. I do use Viagra and some report that can be a contributing factor. But since I also have more difficulty getting off thru masturbation, which I do without any drugs,  I think it's just a matter of aging. Anyway, I don't consider it a problem at all.  It allows me to keep going as long as I like and boy do I like!

More and more men are using performance enhancing drugs even when their not needed. I have been surprised at how many younger men contact me to get together and of course being an inquisitive lady i'll spend extra time getting to know them. Many are taking the little blue pill to last longer and to stay hard as possible. If you can use a pick-me-upper why not at any age.  

...so I try to stay fit & healthy so I can keep going and I'm way over 60.  If anything it just keeps getting better.

I'm sure it's different for each guy, but for me my peak hobby years were between the ages of 57 and 59. Excess cash was flowing, and sessions happened often. When circumstance permitted, hobby benders were the norm. From 60 on, the partying has decreased with each successive year. Since all atfs eventually move on, especially if you can't marry them, it's harder to maintain atf status when playing less frequently. That's what I miss the most. When you're an atf, many ladies stay in contact in between sessions. Another contributing factor is the choice of ladies. In my area, back in the day, I had a two page list of ladies I wanted to see. Now I look through the local ads, and rarely stop. If I'm going to pay Pebble Beach rates, I expect a Pebble Beach party. Now I can look at an ad, and tell right away it won't be a Pebble Beach party.

6. Enjoy life. Every time I spend $ on a session, I think of all the times my children were obnoxious teenagers and said nasty, horrible things to me. Now I am now leaving them less and less - serves the little brats right.
