Was able to reach Roxy via PM and then email. She screened me and we set up a time. Very professional giving me the general area she would be near, so that I could plan for my arrival. Kept her informed when I landed and got my car, so we set up an exact time and eventually we talked on the phone. Got to her address and was greeted by a cute lady and a great smile.
