General Details

I saw on the New York TER board that Courtney planned on hosting on Long Island, and decided to take the plunge. After several successive email exchanges and a usual screening process we were ready to proceed. She was easy to contact and make the arrangements with as she handles her own bookings. She was also pleasant to deal with and made me feel comfortable as we moved forward with our appointment plans.

I found it interesting that she was not ready when I arrived, especially since I was 1/2 hour early (NO TRAFFIC!!!), and she said she was running late. Yet, she called back right ON TIME and we got started immediately with no delay at all. That was a big plus!
