A visit to Diane reminded me of wine tasting. When you’re new to it, the obvious reds are the most attractive. Young Beaujolais with their freshness and simplicity, but as you learn more and your tastes broaden, the older more complex Bordeaux’s show their beauty. Diane is without one of the finest wines I’ve had the pleasure of coming across.
