Fiji was easy to contact - I used a verify service and called her. She emailed me right back and then we spoke by phone. I loved her attitude. She asked me to confirm at noon for a 4 pm appointment and I totally missed that. Because of that, she made other plans. She could have just canceled me and assumed I was a flake.
