With the news of one of my regulars moving out of town, I began my search for her replacement. I am always watching TER on a daily basis for new tasty treats that I might visit sometime. Well the time was here so I began emailing a likely candidate every two days. After getting no answers from the first four, Winter responded in a couple days that she had checked and heard from my references and would be at her incall for a couple of days the next week.
