We exchanging a few calls and emails before making an appointment. She could sense I was a bit nervous from previous contact by phone. Every time I had a question concerning services she would pleasantly respond. That seem to put me at ease. I called her up, she answered in professional manor & automatically REMEMBERED ME... We set a date and finally I got to see her.
