I have seen this Thai provider more than once and go back because get a good massage plus extras. Setting up easy as she responds to text and is available and gives location addrress. Best to give yourself some extra time because parking can be a challenge in the area because of all the apartments. For non-VIPS, I found her friendly and up for extras. Only drawback is flat chest.
