General Details

This experience was frustrating and ultimately pretty depressing, given how transactional it felt. It is puzzling to me why the reviews would vary so much, as well as the services people are getting. We definitely didn't click as personalities, and I was nervous about the hotel location. In fairness to her, that might have hurt the vibe. But ultimately, for what I thought I had signed up for -- a fairly high-end provider with an overall strong reputation -- the experience fell well short.
