Saw she was visiting San Diego and saw prior excellent reviews both on TER and SER. Called and left message, got return call within an hour. Very articulate and pleasant on phone, easy to make appointment. Gave room # and I went to her downtown upscale hotel. She opened door and I was immediately happy I took the plunge. Worth it all the way.
