Been watching tipsy's ads for a while, mixed reviews, thought I would give it a try. Sent a text, got a response almost immediately, and I was on my way. Texted when I got there, she responded about 10 minutes later, she would be down in a couple minutes and where she would meet me. 25 minutes later I was following her in. Not a repeat for me but YMMV.
