I contacted Sonya about 2 weeks prior to my Conference in Austin. I had read many positive reviews so I figured it was time to make the move. She responded to my email within hours, was easy reference check thru P411. She was very accommodating when my flight was delayed 5 hrs, but we had a great time later that evening. For non-VIP I would repeat!
