General Details
Set up appointment with agency, had a small hiccup the first time but they were great and really worked with me to fix it. Went up to hotel, Stella answered and looked great. Very friendly and polite, and, man, that accent! Asked if I wanted to take a shower, so I hopped in to rinse off. Non-vips, definitely recommend.
