Shantell is GREAT! You will not find a cuter or sweeter lady anywhere. Very sweet, super relaxed, sexy as hell, highly skilled. I see her whenever she visits the DMV. Significant benefits accrue to repeat visitors/long term friends. She is always in a safe and convenient location and is very low key. Always takes care of herself and her place is clean. You owe it to yourself to meet Shantell. Just treat her with respect and you will be rewarded significantly. When all of her attributes are considered, one of the top providers in the DMV.
