Saw Rachelina was making her first visit to the DC area. Checked out her website and filled out the contact. Quick response and appt. made. We spoke a couple of times prior to meeting. She is very well spoken. Simple two call set up. Upscale location. As she greeted me I knew this would be a special time..... It was. Recommend
