I filled out the questionair on Brooke's website, got a email soon after... you can tell by the way she conducts herself, she realy respects your time, and your privacy. A huge plus in my book. She canceled our first session on the day of the session - because she was sick, when I spoke to her on the phone I could tell she was not well, and I appreciated her canceling it... we rescheduled a week from that day, at my place...
