General Details

Noel is cautious and deliberate in her screening. But that is fine with me, as I’d rather see a provider like that than one who takes anyone. We communicated via e-mail until arriving at the hotel, then she texted me and gave me the room number. She’s a low volume provider, who doesn’t see a lot of new people, being content with her regulars. Non-vips, I would recommend seeing her if you can.
