General Details
Very easy - yet somewhat difficult to set up, this should have been the sign to find another provider. A few text, a few calls and several postponements. What I appreciated (at first) was that she kept me informed, yet I felt as if I was just being strung along until she could find a ride, a location, a sitter or something else. I could never put my finger on it. Anyway, VIPS please read on, it gets worse.
