All contact is by email, but after verification, getting everything set up was a breeze. Emails were short and sweet, but she was there on time and looked better then her photos. She is a beautiful girl and looks much better in person then the pictures she e-mailed me so I can see her face. For non-VIPs, I strongly recommend.
