My atf did a rare flake on me and I didn't want to leave the area with a loss since I drove so far but luckily Coco saved the day. I was new and she was concerned about LE so she did a couple of checks, one when I initially called her and the other when I got there. In all it was worth it. Contacting her was breeze and I didn't have to jump thru hoops and wait long.
