Well I had only seen one other review for Mona which was done a couple years ago so I decided to TOFTT. Like others have said, the location is a pretty low key and unassuming apartment in Dupont Circle. Standard two-call system with no verification needed. I arrived at the location and was greeted by a tall very attractive russian wearing jeans and a tshirt. She took me to a room where I was told to get comfortable...VIP's read on, non-VIP's if you are in a tight spot and need a quick release with some eye candy then give her a call.
